Loca Bees!

 

We operate multiple hives using natural beekeeping techniques. This means we don't use miticides or other pesticides or chemical treatments. We believe, in the long run, this helps our colonies become stronger against the threats they face. As a result, we produce a bit less honey than commercial apiaries. But the result is, well, sweet!

Our small batch extractions, lack of pasteurization, light-touch filtering, and local forage make for an excellent-tasting honey. We're sure you'll agree!
